STEP 1 - INQUIRY

Begin by filling out our inquiry form with details about your event. Then, we will schedule a consultation call with our team so we can dive into the specifics and design the perfect beverage experience tailored just for you.

STEP 2 - PROPOSAL

Based on the details you provide in your inquiry and during our consultation call, we’ll craft a personalized package complete with pricing options for you to review.

STEP 3 - CONTRACT & DEPOSIT

Review your agreement, sign and return and submit a 50% deposit. Once these steps are complete, your event date is secured and you've officially booked Lucky Hitch Mobile Events for your celebration!

STEP 4 - EVENT QUESTIONAIRE

Prior to your event, we will send you a detailed questionnaire to finalize all the event details. We know plans can evolve—especially if you’re booking far in advance! This step also helps us gather your cocktail preferences if you’ve chosen a cocktail package, so we can create the perfect cocktail tasting experience just for you.

STEP 5 - PRE EVENT CONSULTATION

We schedule a pre-event consultation with you prior to your event. During this meeting, we finalize all details, align our expectations, and address any remaining questions to ensure everything is set for your unforgettable celebration.

STEP 6 - EVENT EXECUTION

Before your event begins, our team arrives early to set up the entire bar experience. Then, when it’s time to celebrate, we deliver the beverage experience you’ve envisioned for you and your guests. It’s that simple!
